The strategic competence partner Simplified has signed an agreement with Schneider Electric to ensure the energy giant's continued recruitment and competence development in Sweden. In 2021, Schneider Electric's growth is expected to mean about 100 new recruitments.
In its role as a competence partner, Simplified will create Schneider Electric's national recruitment strategy in Sweden together with the company's recruiting managers. With Simplified's wide network of recruitment companies, they will also be able to find the right candidates for each local office.

Simplified serves as the hub between labor market players, such as employers, recruitment companies and employees. For Schneider Electric, they will, among other things, ensure the supply of skills with engineers, technicians, project managers, business developers and team managers. They estimate to make up to 120 recruitments in the coming years.
